A Look Back From 2200
November 2022, during the Palo Alto Climate Collaboration Summit.
This was a summit for experts and passionate amateurs. It is not that climate beginners were not invited, just that they weren’t going to be in the majority. We thought that what this crowd needed was a way to speak their opinions, and an excuse to be hopeful. We gave them both. The premise is that it is the year 2200 and the climate crisis is solved. When did the resolution take hold, what sector solved it, and what was the solution? We collected the responses on 6x6 cards and hung them on a timeline.
